We support your company in discovering new paths of development and innovation.
At BIG TREE Consulting Group, we provide advisory services in all areas related to state aid, grants, as well as tax reliefs and exemptions.
We established BIG TREE Consulting Group as three subject matter experts with a combined total of over 45 years of experience, gained in Big 4 advisory firms. That means years of real-world practice, hundreds of diverse projects, practical recommendations and tangible results delivered to our clients.
At BTCG, we combine experience and passion to help businesses secure the very best opportunities—tax reliefs and exemptions, as well as grants from national and EU sources.
We define our Clients’ success more broadly than just the outcome of a single project. We form a team that understands business in practice and recognizes the challenges and opportunities our Clients face. We know where to look for solutions and how to overcome obstacles.
We leverage our experience from numerous completed projects to develop solutions tailored to each Client. We don’t offer off-the-shelf frameworks but rather solutions adapted to individual needs. Our goal is not only to help secure funding but above all to build long-term value for the companies that trust us.
We focus on building long-term relationships grounded in mutual trust and understanding of our Clients’ needs. We know our Clients, and our Clients know us. This approach allows us not only to work efficiently but also to anticipate their needs. As a result, we can offer tailor- made solutions that translate into real benefits and long-term success.
We concentrate on the specifics – from the very first consultation to the full completion of the project. We prioritize clear, honest communication, free from unnecessary formalities, so our Clients always know exactly the project’s status and what actions are being taken.
Recommendations instead of uncertainties. Fewer slides, more specifics. We deliver concrete, practical solutions because we believe effective consulting should lead to real action and visible results.
For years, we have worked with key institutions that shape state aid regulations, such as the Ministry of Development and Technology, the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK), the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH), Special Economic Zones, the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) and the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBiR).
We advise companies of all sizes and stages—from startups and family-owned businesses to multinational corporations. We understand that each organization has its own unique needs, which is why we always tailor our approach to the specifics of each business. We place a strong emphasis on full engagement and strive to understand our Clients’ values, goals, and challenges.
